(3) Description of main unit structure:

1. Fabric feeding rack and cloth falling rack device

1.1. The front end of the cloth is equipped with an edge suction device.

1.2. The cloth feeding frame is made of steel plate folded into a C-shaped steel structure, which has good strength and beautiful appearance.

1.3. The cloth feeding system is composed of cloth guiding tube, cloth tightening device, cloth feeding guide roller, etc.

2. MH693 single drum washing machine

2.1 The machine adopts a plum blossom-shaped active drum to form a powerful water flow, and a powerful water flow is formed at 300 rpm.

Rinse the fabric from the inside out. Excellent cleaning effect on fabrics, bright color, fluffy and soft hand feeling.

2.2 The box body is welded by stainless steel SUS304 plate, the thickness of the two ends of the panel is 3mm, and the general material reinforcement plate is added.

  2.3 Diameter of quincunx drum: Φ336mm; cloth length: 3m;

  2.4 Washing temperature: 70-800C, adjusted according to process requirements.

  2.7 There is a direct heating structure in the washing machine, so that the fabric in the tank is washed at an appropriate temperature.

     This can more effectively clean the residual impurities on the fabric.

3. MA591 two-high/MA596 three-high rolling car

3.1. The new vertical structure, the active roller is at the bottom, and the side is pressurized. The pressurization method is the piston cylinder side pull lever proportional enlargement pressurization method, and the pressure is adjustable.

3.2 Two-roll rolling car: the diameter of the steel roll is Φ225mm, and the roll body is covered with a 3mm stainless steel plate; the rubber roll is covered with nitrile rubber, and the diameter is Φ250mm. The hardness is 85 degrees Shore. The motor power is 3Kw. ,

3.3. Three-roll mill: Two rubber rolls are coated with nitrile rubber, with a diameter of Φ300mm. The hardness is 85 degrees Shore. The stainless steel roller covered in the middle is Φ150mm. The motor power is 7.5Kw.

3.4. The diameter of the expansion bending roll at the cloth feed end is Φ125mm, and the fabric runs smoothly without wrinkles. And equipped with stainless steel spray pipe.

3.5. Pneumatic control of the rolling mill is adjusted by the pressure regulating valve of the control box, and the pressure gauge is displayed.

3.6. The core and frame of the roller body are all made of castings, and the operation is stable.

4. MH915/MH919 steaming and washing box:

4.1. MH915 steaming and washing box is of upper five and lower six guide roller type, MH919 steaming and washing box is of upper ninety and lower ten cloth guide roller type.

4.2. The upper and lower cloth guide rollers adopt mechanical seals and external rolling bearings. The low liquid level in the box is divided into a grid snake-like countercurrent, and the upper steaming and the lower boiling improve the washing efficiency. The top cover is equipped with a water seal for easy operation and maintenance.

4.3. There are large glass windows on both sides of the box, and the jointless sealing ring sealing rubber strip is adopted. Ensure good air tightness.

4.4. The box body adopts direct heating, and a thermometer is installed on the operating side of the box body to facilitate the temperature detection according to the process requirements. A temperature control valve can be installed as required to realize automatic process control of temperature.

5 MH903 bottomless spray/MH902 flat washing tank:

5.1. It has a structure of five cloth guide rollers at the top and bottom. The diameter of the guide rollers is φ150mm.

5.2. The structure of the flat washing tank is open, the cloth guide roller under the liquid is graphite bearing, and the upper guide roller is rolling bearing.

5.3. The tank body is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the two end plates are 3mm plates.

6. NH883 drying cylinder drying machine

6.1. Stainless steel drying cylinder Φ800mm, a total of 24 drying cylinders with three columns, the first column is coated with Teflon.

6.2. The upright column is welded by steel plate, and the appearance is beautiful and generous; it is connected with the middle of the walking platform to facilitate operation and maintenance.

6.3. The top exhaust hood is equipped with a drip-proof heating coil to exhaust steam to prevent dripping.

6.4. Set up a single-column drying cylinder with no pump back pressure trap valve to drain, and recycle the condensate drained from drying.

7. Full machine description

7.1. The cloth guide roller adopts seamless steel tube covered with stainless steel plate, which has good tensile strength and no wrinkles in the fabric.

7.2. The diameter of the cloth guide roller in the steam washing box is φ150mm, and the diameter of the transition cloth guide roller is φ125mm.

7.3. The backflow pipe of the steaming and washing box is a stainless steel open square pipe, and an insert plate is required to meet the process requirements and facilitate maintenance and cleaning.

7.4. Install a stainless steel diamond mesh insert plate at the inlet of the drain port of the steaming and washing box to prevent bamboo clips from blocking the drain pipe.

7.5. The pneumatic elastic frame adjusts the tension to ensure that the fabric runs without wrinkles and runs smoothly.

7.6. Set up a single-column drying cylinder with no pump back pressure trap valve to drain, and recycle the condensate drained from drying.
